1 General Terms

2 Account Registration

To open an account with bdgames, you must provide accurate and truthful information in the registration form. Registering with false details may result in your account being closed at any time, and any balance may be forfeited.

Each person may only operate one account. Opening multiple accounts is considered a prohibited activity. Creating more than one account using the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.

3 Age Requirements & Eligibility

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bdgames supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are typically instant, and withdrawals are completed within 24 hours.

As per bdgames' Terms & Conditions, your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be processed. Large withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will not be approved.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for registration.

Under bdgames' Terms & Conditions, any misuse of bonuses — such as attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements or exploiting system loopholes for an unfair advantage — may result in account closure.

• Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it reaches its expiry date.

6 Gaming Rules

If a technical error causes an incorrect win or loss to be displayed, bdgames reserves the right to review the game logs and determine the correct outcome. Any winnings arising from a technical malfunction will not be considered valid.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bdgames reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without reason. However, accounts are typically closed for the following reasons.

• Breaching the Terms and Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion upon the player's own request.
